Neck Injury

The vibration plate works great. I just want to point out that this machine can be dangerous. You probably already pointed this out and I just missed it in the fine print.
Depending on where you stand, sit or place your hands, the vibration level and the position you place your body, you can get dramatically more load to any given joint. I got into a position which dramatically shook my head and reinjured a previous neck injury. This injury created nerve damage from my neck to my shoulder to my arm which kept me awake at night and was painful for over a month!
Not blaming you. My dumb but you might want to make this potential danger a little more visible for new users.

I love everything about my Lifepro!

I've been using my Lifepro Vibration Plate for a couple months now, and I'm noticing numerous benefits. It engages my core, is helping me with balance and loosens the muscles in my back. I love it and it is now in my daily routine.

I am using this everyday! It is quite almost silent. I can watch tv and not bother anyone. I can’t tell any difference in my body but I feel like I am doing something for my health.

I have to use this seated--poor balance. I combine the wave plate with a seated lymphatic routine and I have noticed a difference even while using it in this way
