I love mine! I have no regrets ordering one. Definitely does what it says. I’ve been using the Lifepro Waver and it’s a great, easy addition to my routine. It’s compact, simple to use, and surprisingly powerful. You can stand on it or add exercises like squats for more intensity.
I’ve noticed better circulation and muscle activation, and it feels great for loosening tight muscles.
Pros: Easy to use, compact, adjustable intensity, versatile
Cons: Can feel intense at high speeds, not a full workout replacement

I recently purchased a vibration plate to help with my osteoporosis. You can do so many things on it different exercises, different workouts. I feel more flexible and energetic. A wonderful product would recommend one.
