Love it - but wish the timer went higher than 15 minutes. Also - the plug is a loose and falls out sometimes

Awesome vibration plate

I find it so easy to use! 2-3 times a day with out fail. Doing arm and leg movement while taking in the vibration is great. Definitely has increased blood flow to my diabetic feet. Less pain now! Wish I would have gotten it earlier in life!

The mat on the top just came right off, I put it back on and it’s just scrunched in the middle so it’s just ugly.

I have been using the vibration plate now for a month. Started at 2 minutes at 50 speed. Now doing 9 minutes at 80 speed. My legs are stronger and my balance has improved greatly as well. I’m a 67 year old male. Absolute love this plate workout!

I use it 3 days a week in hopes it will help with osteoporosis. Won't know if it's helping with bone growth until I can have another bone density test within the next year. So far, I'm loving it.
