Great help for improving functional movements

Love this vibration plate. I have been using it everyday and it helps me recover from golf, pickleball and other activities. I use it either before activities like a warm up or after activities. The speed change is nice as well. Definitely recommend.

Power cord issues

When I can get the cord to connect and stay connected the waver works great! But most often than not it takes a few times of plugging and jiggling the cable to get it to power on.

Excellent for legs

I have bad legs and slow at getting around, this helps me get around. I do 15 minutes 2 to 3 different times a day and love how it make me feel and move around. Love, love it!
