Literally just received it.it looks and feel sturdy .quite heavy and bigger than expected .but I’m sure it’ll make me feel secure when excecising on it

It has only been a few days, but very excited to found this! Going to help a great deal with arthritis and osteopenia. Glad we caught it early and excited to see how this strength things us going forward!

We absolutely LOVE our vibration plate! ?

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it has honestly exceeded our expectations. It’s super easy to use, and we’ve both noticed improvements in muscle activation, balance, and overall strength. It’s especially great on days when you don’t feel like doing a full workout—you still feel like you did something effective in just a short amount of time.
I’ve been using it to build strength and tone, and it’s been perfect for that. My husband has also been using it as part of his recovery routine, and it’s been a great addition to his home therapy.
Bonus: it doesn’t take up much space and fits easily into our daily routine.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for something simple, effective, and versatile!

Black mat part already lifting

Opened this up and already the black mat was lifting off near the panel. Keep pushing it down but it does keep coming up. Hoping this won’t get bigger and give problems down the line. Otherwise I enjoy it and am hoping it helps with lymphedema
