I have had this plate a little over a week. I bought it to help with lymphatic drainage and it has helped me already with getting the lymph for drain in my legs and arms.

Love the Rumblex Pro

This vibration plate has a lot of settings and it can hold up to a lot of weight so that way if you’re working out on it with some weight or somebody’s heavier, it can accommodate that and I just love all the features and I’m definitely noticing a difference in how I feel, I’m very thrilled with my purchase!
