Second vibration plate

Love this brand. This is my second one. I am using it on daily basis. I have issues with my fracture vertebrae from 3 years ago and vibration plate helps with it. I squat and just sit on it for 20 minutes. My muscles feeling better immediately. I like also just to stand for 10 or more minutes and I feel like I am running . Also when I sit on the couch my legs are on plate . Also does the work. Great product. Let’s see how long this one is going to last. This is my second plate. First one last for 3 years and then just stopped. Maybe I was using too much. I am 140 pounds

I’m a 74 year young woman with some stiffness and mobility issues. I’ve done 5 minute intervals of standing and squatting 2x /day on the lowest setting for only 3 days and I already have more flexibility, agility, and balance. Less stiffness.
Love what it does for my joints, but more for what it’s done for my confidence!!! Awesome!!
