Documentation

I bought this on the recommendation of my chiropractor, they love it. I am very disappointed in the documentation supplied. It does not explained what the 3 Program modes are for, or what they do. The user manual says go to their website foe a library of workout videos, but the url redirects to the product registration every time, even after registering.

Love Rumblex 4D

I have been on a health journey for a year. I changed my lifestyle and eating habits, exercise much more, lost 70 lbs., and am dealing with overcoming health issues. The Rumblex 4D and red light belt have been instrumental in helping with recovery, pain, balance, and weight. My favorite is getting on the Rumblex when I wake feeling achy in the middle of the night. 10 minutes, then I can ease right back to a comfortable sleep.

Great vibration plate

Effective and fun. You can tell that it is well built. My only complaint so far is that the power cord comes out of the same side that the wheels are on so if you want to adjust the position slightly while it’s plugged in, you have to lift or slide it.
