I’ve been wanting to try one of these for awhile now. I have bad blood flow to my hands and feet. Balance issues that constantly keep getting worse. And bad fatigue in my leg while doing anything. I’m on a long 10 month waiting list to see a neurologist, so I’ve been trying to figure this out myself. I Tried the p1 programmed 10 minute workout and I was definitely surprised at how it felt. I could feel it in all parts of my body. At first it was a good workout burn, and by the end of the ten minutes I was stretching and could feel my body loosing up. So much so that I was able to bend straight down and touch my toes, something that I have not been able to do since probably elementary school and I’m 34 now. So that’s a bigg difference after just one use. I’m definitely excited to keep at it and see what happens!
