I've had this vibration plate for a few months now and I love it. my legs and feet use to ache every night when I was trying to go to sleep. If I do 10 minutes a day on this vibration plate the aches and pains go away at bed time. I feel like it really helps with my lymphatic system for sure!

My cousin recommended this product to me as she swore by the results. She had purchased it a few week before me, and I had seen a few ads for it, so I decided to follow her advice. Ive only had it for a few days and I think I am already addicted. It isn't an exaggeration when I see I am already feeling the results.

I bought my Rumblex in Feb 2024, almost a year ago. It has made an amazing difference in the lymphatic swelling in my ankles and legs. I use it twice a day and really notice if I miss my session. Two thumbs up for this machine.

I have always been a health-conscious person, but in Jan of this year, I decided to ramp it up. Now it's November and I have lost 30 pounds, improved my lab work, and added muscle. I have a sauna bag and a 4D Vibration plate. Thanks, Lifepro!
