Just received it today and tried a couple different modes. The vibration alone didn’t feel like enough even at the highest intensity. BUT vibration with the oscillation was amazing! Did that mode for 10 minutes at the lowest strength and felt great! Cant wait to add workouts in!
This is way more efficient than shaking daily. Shaking and dancing are obviously great but this makes it so much easier to move and get all the insides moving. It’s amazing, I love it. I’m jumping on 5 min in between meetings and it reinvigorates me. Everyone should use this!
Bought for wellness and fitness - wish you had more guidance on recommended sets of moves and settings and strength based on wellness and fitness goals/ program… kind of winging it. Ie - muscle recovery - setting 25 vibration xyz and do standing mini squat for 1 min followed by…. Etc..
