Had one for a few years. Bought a new one when it shopped working. The resistance bands are good and long lasting.

Enjoying using so will have to see over the next few weeks. Bought primarily to help with leg pain, boosting criticisms lymph flow. Can definitely feel something happening as legs feel tingly etc after use.

I love the Waver Vibration Plate. It has helped me in so many ways. I have not had it long but already I have lost inches that I have not been able to for over a year. It has helped my stress level. I cannot wait to see what is next as I learn other ways to use this.
