Waver Vibration Plate-Right out of the box it doesn't disappoint

I purchased this vibration plate on the recommendation of a physical therapist for home use. I was amazed at the fast results. Both my husband I are using it. I believe using the Waver is already helping with our back pain and I am hoping to have denser bones when I have my next DEXA scan. So far I am very pleased.

So far, I have used the Vibration Plate every day since I got it. I felt like I had more energy today when I went for a run and wondering if that's a benefit from using the Vibration Plate. My husband has been using too, and I don't even have to urge him.

I was sick when I got the vibration plate. I used it for 15 minutes and later that evening I felt so much better. I’m super excited to see all the results.
