I was skeptical at first but after my first use,I was hooked! Now I have to start every day with my plate, my morning stiffness is gone-I have a spring in my step that hasn’t been there in a long time-and at seventy years old, it makes a huge difference!

Only had this a couple of weeks but it's been fine.
A couple of suggestions. A bit longer cord would be nice. The exercise bands that come with it are a bit long for us and not so easy to shorten them (but it can be done)
