It is a very solid machine.

It was much heavier than I expected and worked fine the first time I turned it on. The directions are pretty simple and my first wave ride was great. It is good for my ankle that is a little weak by giving it some gently exercise and as it gets stronger I can increase the level easily.

Received as a gift!! 2 Friends have the same, 1 said very helpful with increasing bone density, has osteoporosis. Other said great addition to her workouts.
