I got this to help with circulation and reduce inflammation and so far I’m very pleased. I’m still trying different workouts but I’m happy with my experience.

Was thoroughly impressed with the vibration plate and all it had to offer many options and many different positions for your feet.

I use this while I work, with an effort to engage my core. I’ve noticed that my body temp definitely heats up with use— I’d recommend a fan!
