I tried this at my mother-in-laws and fell in love with how the tension was shaken out of my body. I got my own and it is just as fabulous. Would recommend to anyone who works a desk job and needs the dust knocked off of them at the end of a shift

First day to set up and try my waiver. It's more challenging than what I thought. I will start slow. Cheers.

I only just received it. But from what I've seen, it's a very quality product. Excited to see the results of continued use.

Only did 15 minutes to start and definitely feeling it already. I feel like I just got back from a jog! Can't wait to see how this month turns out!
