A bit noisy

So far, the plate is ok; it is not quiet as advertised. I don't know if it's just my plate, but I've tried others, and they aren't as noisy as this one.

Still in early days and find it necessary to advance settings in incremental steps. But so far, it energizes me in the morning and relaxes me at night.
