This vibration plate is a game changer! So much work for my legs- I feel the burn each time I use it! Love to use it while I catch up on the news! Easy storage too!

It was not at all what I expected, it is better. Great quality, good vibration. It makes your body feel tingling and alive. I have movement and flexibility in my joints I haven’t had in years and it’s really helping the arthritis in my hips.

I bought this because I used to use my buddies before we went golfing and it was a game changer the times that I used it. I was loose and ready to go on hole one.

Took this out of the box and hopped on. What a workout the first time using it. This thing moves your body. Can't wait to use it much more.
