Love the LifePro Vibration Plate

I just received it, and so far loving it! It’s perfect for use after a sedentary day at the office, before bed, and for workouts. Now that this is part of my routine, I’m excited to realize long-term benefits!

Great for core training and balance

I turned 70 this year and wanted something that would help me strengthen my core and challenge my balance. The Waver appears to be what I need to accomplish both. First time using I immediately felt my core tightening as I was working on my balance positioning. I am taking it slow, in beginner mode, as I become better at balancing on it. Once I have my balance down I will add the bands to my routine for a full workout.

I have done a lot of research on the best vibration plate for toning and lymphatic drainage. I took it out of the box, plugged it in and spent 15 minutes on it. I feel more energized already!
