I've been using the vibration plate for 2 weeks now and can already tell a difference. The workouts are great, but just standing on the plate has made a world of difference for me!

Love the waver, easy to use and portable!! I had an older machine too heavy to move around, replaced it with this LifePro Waver. It’s exactly what I need and works fabulously.

Not as strong as other competitor brands

I bought this plate after using another brand at a spa. This doesn’t compare to the strength of the better quality version made by another company. ‘So-si’ for at home use but should have spent more on the higher quality product as I don’t find myself using this as much as I intended.
