What a product!!

I've unboxed my new Waver Vibration Plate. I tried my first 15 minutes on it. I feel GREAT! I'm impressed with the many amazing features! There are three different intensities while standing on the plate--walking, jogging, running. An exercise sheet details simple exercises for various parts of the body. There are additional stretchy bands, too. What hasn't this company thought of?! I can't comment on my progress yet, but I hope to tone up and strengthen my bones. Thanks Lifepro!

I've been using my vibration plate for at least 15 minutes each day and there is a noticeable difference in how I'm feeling in my mobility and energy. I am OBSESSED! I've already convinced four friends to buy them and it hasn't even been two weeks :)
