My daughter has one, she loves hers. She let me borrow hers, I loved it. So I got one of my own. Was highly recommended for my lymphatic drainage.

I’ve been wanting a vibration plate for a while now, and this one does not disappoint! My husband got it for my birthday and I’ve been using it the last week after hard workouts and I feel amazing after shaking it out. So much less sore than normal and just don’t have that heavy feeling. I love it!
