The vibration plate is fantastic! It has up to 99 speed, you feel the intensity of the vibration all throughout your body. Good for morning lymphatic drainage.

I have extremely painful leg cramps for years wherein I have to stay immobile until spasms go away. Since we’ve gotten the waver vibration plate and use it for 15 min a day, I seldom suffer from leg cramps and if I do, it is not as painful as before.
