Senior powerlifter, could not recover from workouts. After the first use I was completely recovered for the next workout. Complete game changer for my training and I was a very skeptical buyer! 65, female heading to a powerlifting event next month!! #aintdeadyet!

I have to use this seated--poor balance. I combine the wave plate with a seated lymphatic routine and I have noticed a difference even while using it in this way
