Used it for the first time and definitely felt a difference. I’m still figuring out workouts and where I need to be to get the best workout but really happy so far.

We got it as a gift from my in-laws and it is very easy to use! Great gift for friends and family who enjoy working out with only a little space. It is much quieter than I expected.
