I tried an identical model at a friend’s house and enjoyed how I felt before and after. I’m keen to learn more about the various exercises, especially on days when outdoor activities are limited.

I’ve currently through going rotator cuff issues, and a sprained toe … so haven’t gotten to get as far on here as I’d like, but the limited things I’ve done thus far, I’m liking my purchase ♥️

Solidly constructed, pervasive vibration without rattling and feels solidly in place on the floor. Boy do your limbs itch after a few minutes — evidence of the lymphatic stimulation!
