No longer vibrates

It was working great for us until one week ago when stepping on it it didn't vibrate and could no longer be used in less than a year. We need it to be replaced

This air filter keeps the air clean and healthy. It helps control dust and pet dander. We have noticed an improvement in allergies and overall health. Definitely recommend!

I really like my Lifepro vibration plate! It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and adds a nice boost to my workouts. I’ve noticed better circulation and muscle activation, especially when I use it with exercises. Great for a quick, low-impact workout at home!

I don't even have it out of the box...but bought it after my hairdresser RAVED about it. "It's like your whole body gets a full massage in 15min!" And then opening the box and it offers a lifetime warranty! I am sold already!!

Your instructions say to register the product as step 3 of start up, which is before use and as part of the registration process you ask for a review. If I’m following your steps, and I am, I haven’t even turned it on yet. You should update this process to ask if I’ve tried it yet and if no, trigger an email to ask for a review at a later date
