Everything works great after I had to run to the store to buy batteries for the remote. It’s hard to believe it didn’t include the two AAA batteries, especially considering the price.

Wasn’t too sure what to expect after seeing all of the positive reviews but gave it a try and really like it. You call it a vibrating plate, but to me it is more of an oscillating plate that tilts like a fast seesaw. This makes a huge difference in the feel on your body-it feels like a mini workout without much effort.
