Great vibration

The Waver provides more vibration and movement than the Total Body machine at Planet Fitness. Pretty impressive.
My only disappointment with it is the resistance straps that hook to the waver. They offer little to no resistance! And they are too long.

Beneficial tool in my exercise routine

I’ve had my LifePro vibration plate for a few months now and am very pleased with it. While opinions are mixed on the exact health benefits of vibration plates, I figure it certainly can’t hurt-and if there are positive effects, then that’s a win. It’s incredibly easy to hop on for a few minutes once or twice a day a few times a week. At the very least, I feel it helps improve circulation, and the convenience makes it easy to stick with.

A new start.

This is a solid stable platform with lots of room for positioning my feet. A great investment to help strengthen and train my muscles. My knee felt better after the first 2 sessions; not so tight and stiff. I strongly feel a better mind and body connection. It's a great boost of energy any time of the day! Beneficial in so many ways! Nothing else I have can do what this does. I am very pleased.
