I've been trying to use this 1-2x a day and I do like it! Easy to use. Love the convenience of being able to just hop on it & stand or actually work on it. Feel better afterwards!

Too soon to give an accurate description as far as results(they want a review to register). However, it is easy to use, comes with clear instructions, and many sources on how you can use it. For that I will give it four stars. I can’t give it 5 in good conscience with out having the chance to see results.
