I have used the waver vibration plate for a couple of weeks now, and I absolutely love it! I'm excited to learn about all the different ways to use the board to optimize my exercise routine. I enjoy using the board to relax at the end of a long day. I highly recommend this product.

Having used the Waver Vibration Plate only 3 times in the sitting position, I didn't have the leg & knee pain I've been having for the past week and was able to sleep without waking up with the pain. I have high hopes this will continue to improve my health and body.

So far I feel great using it every other day. I'm getting stronger and I'm losing body fat. I purchased for osteoporosis and I feel the difference in strength in my bones.
