I've longed for a power plate device for a long time.
My gym in Scottsdale had one I loved using. Since moving, I haven't had access to one. I was talking to my husband, who has a bad back, hinting this could be good for him too. I love the routines that are included, easy for beginners and more advanced. I have a lung disease and use a vibration vest 2 times daily. I'm hoping using the Waverly will give me some additional all over vibration and stimulate my healing system. Thrilled to have a Waverly I can use whenever I want. Thank you.

Just arrived and works like the one at the gym. Haven't tried the remote yet but I'm sure I'll like it because in manual I tend to step on the control panel and change the settings. I'll check back in with a full review after I have enjoyed it for a few days, but so far no complaints - just love!
