Great machine!!!!

Due to MS physical issues , I have found that using this machine allows me to exercise more effectively. Adding the Waver Vibration Plate to my exercise routine has done wonders. Looking forward to a future upgrade,.

I received this product as a gift. I haven't gotten to use it yet, but I'm excited about the possibilities. If you ask me again in a month I could give a better review. I have no idea if it works or if it's just another gimmick to get people to waste their money. I'm giving it 4 stars simply because I'm hopeful that this thing works. Wish me luck!

Purchased based on the recommendation of a family member.
I have arthritis and always looking for ways to improve mobility. I’ve had it for a week and spend 15 minutes each day on it. I’ve started to notice less pain and stiffness in my joints. Fingers crossed that it continues to improve.
Gave 4 stars because it’s still all very new to me.
