Life is a busy one. I am 65 and am hoping this will improve my balance. Just got it set up and tried to minutes sitting and two minutes standing. What I know about the Waver I love.

LifePro Waver Vibration Plate

My vibration plate just arrived, so I've only used it once so far. I really like it. However, I wish the cord was longer as I don't have a convenient plug near where I want the vibration plate to go. That's the only downfall so far. Can't wait to really start using it!

Waver daily routine

When I learned about the waiver vibration plate, I could not be more convinced to try it because of all the reviews. I am incredibly impressed and pleased by the internal and external feelings I get after using it. I used it after gardening one day to work out the soreness in my legs and back and did not experience residual pain from my yardwork that I would normally have. Using it really makes a difference in my day-to-day life.

Easy setup. Enjoying the feeling of loosening up after a long day sitting at work. After a few days of use can already feel lymph nodes releasing fluid.

I just received it today! I can’t rate it yet. I too have invested in multiple tools to work on very specific issues and they father dust. I’ll have to see after a couple months.
