I am a mail carrier. The Waver Vibration Plate is excellent after walking the pavements. It relieves muscle tightness.

Easy Setup

The waver plate was easy to setup and begin using. This is new to me so I’m taking it slow. I’ve only been on it a couple times. I notice an improvement in my lower back immediately after using it.
