Love at first sight

I've recently purchased my vibration plate as an investment to help with severe knee and joint pain which made it difficult to walk, do normal daily routines, stretches, simple exercises and even sleep through the night. Within my first week of consistent use morning and evening I've noticed a considerable reduction in pain, mobility and swelling in my knee and leg area, as well Im more relaxed and the pain is less at night while sleeping. I'm confident my results thus far will only continue to improve and I am just overjoyed that taking a more natural approach to improve my physical health has benefited me. I'm for sure a die hard fan of vibration plate / vibration / vibration therapy and would encourage anyone to strongly consider it. I love my vibration plate, and am now trying to get my whole family on board! It's the best decision by far!

Crazy fast results

My chiropractor recommended a vibration plate after I was Diagnosed with the beginning of osteoporosis. Also, my husband just went through cancer chemotherapy and said it would help him as well. His first 15 minutes on it gave him relief from his shoulder pain and more range of motion. He's telling all friends about it. He's amazed by it.

I can do almost everything on this platform, though I'm not yet at the highest speed. I like to do it before sleep because I feel so relaxed.
