I I've this thing 5 out of 5 stars...it's awesome so far. I bought it because I am over 60, have POTS, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's and osteopenia, so exercising is a must and hard at the same time. I find myself able to change my exercises to fit how I am feeling on those days I am able to exercise. I must say...it's great!

I was at my cousin's home who has one of these and tried it and loved it. So as soon as I returned home I ordered myself one. I've been on it a few times and have started to use some of the exercises in the book that comes along with it. It's helping me develop better balance, and giving me better circulation. I even have a friend who has gotten on it and enjoys it as well. It's just been a week but I have been enjoying it immensely.

I just received the waiver over the weekend, but I think it will help me in the long run.
I have spinal injuries and spend way too much time at the chiropractor. After trying it out for the last 2 days, I already feel less achy and stiff. I'm looking forward to incorporating exercises with it.

Love the vibration plate. It’s an excellent exercise product with fantastic health benefits. Not only does it work you out, but it helps detox body and soothe aches and pain in muscles and bones.

I've only had the waver for a week and getting familiar with all the options it provides for exercise. Hoping to prevent osteoporosis and encourage bone growth as well.

Got this for my 90 year old Mother to help with circulation.
She sits in her chair and uses it for 15 minutes twice a day. It has helped with her circulation and in turn helped her walk better.
Highly recommend to the elder with circulation or sedentary issues, this does help!
