Love my waver plate

It's too soon to give a detailed review of my Waver Plate. On the first day of use, I used the plate three times that first day. I noticed that my sleep was far better than the night before. Hopefully, I can give a more in-depth and positive update soon.

Bought the waver because I was diagnosed with osteopenia and went off my medication because of side effects. I read vibration plates will help build bone strength so I'm hoping this will help me.
