I really like this vibration plate. It’s easy to use, feels sturdy, and works great. I noticed it helps me feel more active and relaxed after using it. Definitely recommend!

I was recently visiting my daughter in Florida and she had just been given an older version of the vibration plate. She told me I would love it….and she was right. I am early 60’s and trying my best to stay fit and healthy. This is an easy tool to use. Safe for us aging folk, but hip enough for this younger generation as my daughter incorporates her workouts with this tool. I bought one as soon as I returned from Florida. Ordered my younger sister one too. We love it.
