Will review in more detail in the future as it only arrived today. Very impressed with the vibration power and this compares well to the large power plates I’ve used at the gym. I’m really pleased with it so far - it’s sturdy and quiet

I love to quietness. It’s next to my bed and I stand on it before my morning and evening shower. My husband can’t even hear it on .
