Challenging but fun

Just received my Waver Vibration Plate. Having issues with circulation and achy legs from stuck lymph. Tried it sitting down and boy, just a few minutes with my legs on the plate and they already feel so much better. Can’t wait to get better and better with standing on it. I’m sold!
