I have lymphedema and lipedema and i used it once and wow! It felt so amazing! I have a full body lymphatic pump but makes my chest hurt and this feels so amazing i can’t wait to see what my future holds with my waver!

I just received my Lifepro vibration plate and I love it! I am starting out slow, just standing and doing squats for 10 minutes. Next I plan to use a youtube video and do the exercises while on the plate. I feel alive!
