Just delivered, it’s bigger than I expected which Im quite happy about. the only thing is that the mat part is already coming loose a little in the centre. Haven’t turned it on yet but as long as it works Im happy.

Just getting started but this has already helped me! I have had my waver for a week and spend 10-20 min per day on it. I feel lighter, happier and younger somehow. Can’t wait to see results in a few months!

My vibration plate arrived and today will be my third day using it. I feel like the more you use it and can make a workout routine on it the better. I am using READY, SET, VIBE…. and that is very helpful in getting started.
