I had a knot in my low back today , I thought just try it. So, as uncomfortable as I was on got on my waver and stayed on for 15 minutes. My back feels way better. Unreal!! Thank you

Quiet and Effective!

Just started with my first-time Waver vibration plate. I was expecting it to be noisy, but it's actually extremely quiet even on highest settings. Just started so don't know effectiveness, but sure helps to "shake out" stiff muscles and tired legs. Time will tell on other benefits.

This thing is like a whole body massage gun, and it really gets your blood flowing. You can literally feel the tingling on parts that haven’t moved in a while.
