Just received my Waver & opened before Christmas because I was too excited to try. I did feet on plate, sitting on plate, then standing for 3min each & I felt it. There was both tension relief in my hips/legs, felt core really work during standing & just felt better overall after 9min. Looking forward to getting into a real workout routine.
