Not a true vibration plate

This oscillation plate is nothing close to a true vibration plate, but for the price it will suffice.

Just what I needed

My leags had been heavy and painful making it hard to stand long periods of time. I use my Waver 15 minutes a day and I am now feeling lighter and stronger everyday. Thank you Lifepro!!
