After using it 2 weeks , 2 times a day, I think it helps relief joint and hip pain after exercising and pickleball. I don’t feel as tight. I use arm weights and do squats on P3 program. Im almost 74 and I’ve recommended it to friends. So far, I’m very satisfied I purchased it.??

It worked well for the first two months and now has a loud rattling sound. I tried to tighten the screws and took the bottom plate off to be sure all parts were secured and it still makes that sound.
