Shake & Burn

I love my Lifepro vibration plate.... The workout is real. I can literally feel the burn as I shake. I love doing it first thing in the morning! Now only does It wake me up, it stimulates the cells in my body that have been repairing themselves through the night as I slept. I feel energetic and alive as I prepare myself for the new day.

This is my second Lifepro vibration plate and I love it! Have the “mini” for when I travel. I use daily, and find I feel more energy, sleep has improved, less “stiff”. Highly recommend!
