still a beginner

I have yet to find a spot to keep this near an outlet. It would be nice if the cord was just a little longer. We had our grandson while he was out of school for the holidays and then got covid so we haven't had a lot of time to use this yet but things are looking up now so hopefully we'll get into a routine

I love my vibration plate. It is great for after a workout and cuts down my recovery time so I can get right back to work without the stiffness.

Happy to find a quality vibration plate suitable for home use

The thing I missed most when I quit my fancy gym membership and started going to a more bare bones facility was having access to the vibration plates. I'm thankful to have found Lifepro's home options. They really are wonderful for combating muscle soreness.
