Waver vibration plate

I just received the plate. It was fast delivery. The plate had a few stains here and there, but I got the white one, so it's no big deal. I’m using it right now; it feels good after sitting behind a desk all day. It was making a sound for a little while but its gone. I’d like to use it for a while before I make an honest review, so far so good.

giving vibration therapy a chance for bone density maintenance and for developing better balance. will know how successful i will be in the next few months. was able to purchase on line with a discount so cost of machine is equal to 3 physical therapy sessions. So if successful, the machine pays for itself quickly.
